Creating and Updating SISU Transactions:

There are 3 methods for creating a transaction in SISU via the synch.  Details on each method are provided below.

Deal Created/Updated in FUB

  • When an FUB user creates or updates a Deal - the synch Creates or Updates the corresponding Client Transaction in SISU
  • The FUB Contact related to the Deal must have an email address
  • The following fields are mapped from FUB Person and Deal screens into SISU Transaction

Deal Stages

  • When FUB Deal is set to “Appointment Set” stage in either Buyers or Seller pipeline a SISU transaction is created and the “1st time appt set” field on the SISU transaction is filled using the date the Deal was updated in FUB.  Filling this field also increments “Buyer or Listing appt set” metrics on SISU dashboard
  • When FUB Deal is set to “Appointment Met” stage in either Buyers or Seller pipeline a SISU transaction and the “1st time appt met” field on the SISU transaction is filled using the date the Deal was updated in FUB.  Filling this field also increments “Buyer or Listing appt met” metrics on SISU dashboard
  • When FUB Deal is set to “Buyer Contract” or “Listed” stage, the SISU Transaction field called “Signed Date” is filled using the date the Deal was updated in FUB.  Filling this field will increment Buyer or Listings “Signed” metric on SISU dashboard
  • When FUB Deal is set to “Pending” or “Offer” stage, the SISU Transaction field called “Under Contract Date” is filed using the date the Deal was updated in FUB.  Filling this field will increment the Buyer or Listings “Under Contract” metric on SISU dashboard

  • Deleting a synched Deal in FUB will update the SISU Transaction status to “Lost”If an FUB Contact Email address is filled AND the FUB Contact Stage = “Buyer” or “Seller”, …when a Appointment is created on a FUB Contact, the synch will by default create a SISU transaction and fill the “1st time appt set” metric.   To turn this feature Off in Real Synch, go to: Target Options (wrench)> Triggers > unselect the option “Create Transaction via Appointment” ,> Click Save and Close.

Appointment created on FUB Contact

When FUB user logs an appointment on Contact a corresponding Transaction is created in SISU.  Additionally, the 1st Appointment Set date is filled on the Transaction.  This method requires the Stage of the FUB Lead to be ‘BUYER” or 'SELLER’.

To turn this default method Off in Real Synch,…. go to: Target Options (wrench)> Triggers > unselect the option “Create Transaction via Appointment”  > Click Save and Close
