When Follow Up Boss Users log any of the following activities, the synch will increment the related counter in Sisu by one:

  • Dials - no answer, left voicemail, bad number, and calls lasting less than one minute in duration.  
  • Connects - calls more than one minute and less than five minutes in duration.
  • Conversations - calls more than five minutes in duration. 
  • Email Sent - from within Follow Up Boss (one per day per unique lead).
  • Text Sent - from within Follow Up Boss (one per day per unique lead).
  • Text Conversation - based on the following interaction pattern: text sent, text received, text sent, text received (one per day per unique lead).  
  • Appointment Set  - one per unique lead per day.
  • Tasks Completed - Showing, Open House, and Thank You (one per unique lead per day).
