How does the SynchBot count Follow Up Boss Dials, Connects, Conversations, and Text Conversations in Sisu? 

  • Dials include any inbound or outbound dial logged in Follow Up Boss. Calling the same Follow Up Boss lead multiple times per day will not increment the Sisu counter more than once per day.
  • Connects are counted when an inbound or outbound call lasts more than one minute and less than five minutes in duration. Connects with the same Follow Up Boss lead multiple times per day will not increment the Sisu counter more than once per day.
  • Conversations are counted when an inbound or outbound Follow Up Boss call lasts more than five minutes in duration. Conversations with the same Follow Up Boss lead multiple times per day will not increment the Sisu counter more than once per day.
  • Text Conversations are counted when a Follow Up Boss User (Agent, ISA, etc.) and Contact/Lead (Consumer) exchange two texts (each) during a given business day.

How are Dials and Conversations counted in Sisu?

Basic metrics for Follow Up Boss to Sisu Dials and Conversations:

  • The SynchBot counts a Conversation in Sisu when an outbound Follow Up Boss call is more than five minutes in duration.
  • The SynchBot only counts one Conversation per unique Lead per day. In other words, calling the same Lead multiple times in Follow Up Boss in the same day will not increment your Sisu Conversation count by more than one.
  • Always make sure you are looking at the exact same dates in Sisu and Follow Up Boss, as this is often overlooked.

How are Texts and Emails counted in Sisu?

  • If the Email Created option is enabled in your Real Synch SynchBot's Source Options, when an email is sent from within Follow Up Boss, then the Email Sent Activity counter in Sisu is incremented on the User's behalf.
  • If the Text Created option is enabled in your Real Synch SynchBot's Source Options, when a text is sent from within Follow Up Boss, then the Text Sent Activity counter in Sisu is incremented on the User's behalf.

Why are my Deals not synching to Sisu?

Typical causes of a Follow Up Boss Deal not synching to Sisu:

  1. An email address is missing for a Lead in Follow Up Boss. This is required even if you have to use a fake one.
  2. The Follow Up Boss User login email address (for the User assigned to the Lead in Follow Up Boss) does not match their Sisu User login email address. All Users' email addresses must match exactly between Follow Up Boss and Sisu.
  3. The Deal in Follow Up Boss is in a Deal Pipeline or Deal Stage that is not supported/triggered by the Real Synch integration (such as the Offer stage: putting a deal in this stage will not trigger a synch).
  4. The Deal in Follow Up Boss must be associated to a Contact.
  5. The Deal in Follow Up Boss must be associated to a User.
  6. Finally when troubleshooting this, always make sure you are looking at the exact same dates in Sisu and Follow Up Boss, as this is often overlooked.

Note: The Deal Pipelines and Deal Stages that must exist, and must be spelled exactly as shown, are the following:

  • Stages for the Buyers Pipeline: Appointment Set, Appointment Met, Buyer Contract, Pending, and Closed.
  • Stages for the Sellers Pipeline: Appointment Set, Appointment Met, Signed, Listed, Pending, and Closed.
