Before Setting Up Your SynchBot:

  • Disable any CRM already sending Leads into Structurely.

  • This synch must be bilateral (CRM to Structurely and Structurely to CRM).

  • Ensure Twilio is setup for each agent in Structurely; if Twilio is not setup for an agent, there will be no way to send messages between your CRM and Structurely.

Setup Instructions:

Note: When a Lead is created in your CRM, it will automatically appear in Structurely.

  • Login to Real Synch and click + Add SynchBot:
  • Select a Source CRM and Structurely as your Target:
  • Next, click Instructions on your Source CRM and follow along:
  • Click Connect, Verify, and Close:
  • Then click Instructions on Structurely and follow along:
  • Click Connect, Verify, and Close:
  • When you copy the Real Synch API Key from Structurely, ensure that it is the API Key from the Agency section of the integrations page in your Owner/Admin account:
  • To automatically start a conversation in Structurely when a Lead registers, enable the Create when lead registers feature in your SynchBot's Source Options (if this feature is disabled, Leads will only synch when tagged):
  • To import existing Leads from your CRM, add the upsert tag in your SynchBot's Target Options:
  • Finally, add the MuteHolmes tag in your CRM to enable Users to Mute/Stop the Structurely ChatBot conversation (this will mute the AI Assistant). You can unmute this anytime you want the ChatBot to take over again (please see your CRM provider documentation for steps and instructions on how to add a tag).
  • Click Next and Activate:
