By default, this is a one-way synch that runs every five minutes. The SynchBot checks for new Loops created or updated in Dotloop since the last time the synch ran.
A Transaction can be created in Sisu when a Loop is created or updated in Dotloop and contains values for the required fields:
Participant's First Name and Last Name
Buyer/Seller Email Address
Buyer/Seller Agent Email Address
Full Property Address
When the SynchBot finds a Sisu Transaction that matches the Dotloop Client email address, Agent email address, and Property address, the SynchBot will update the matching Sisu Transaction.
Documents added/updated in Dotloop will be synched to Sisu as Web Links, which can be accessed from Sisu or included in Sisu forms and notifications sent to Transaction participants.
In Dotloop, specify a percentage in Sales Commission Total % (% of Purchase Sale/Price).
In Dotloop, specify a percentage in Sales Commission Rate % (% of GCI in Sisu). The amount mapped into Sisu will be calculated based on % of the Gross Commission Amount.
Listing and Purchase are the same as Seller and Buyer: Listing will synch from Dotloop to Sisu as Seller and Purchase will synch as Buyer.
However, a double-sided Buyer/Seller deal is not supported in Sisu. If an Agent is representing both sides of a deal, Sisu will want you to create two Transactions.
While you can update the status of a given Loop in Dotloop, it is important to note that the status of the related Sisu Transaction is driven by the Dotloop Contract Dates, and not by the actual status of the Loop:
A Loop with a Pre-Listing status that has a Contract Agreement Date that is in the future will synch to Sisu as Pipeline, while a Loop with a Pre-Listing status that has a Contract Agreement Date that is in the past will synch to Sisu as Signed.
When you add a Listing Date to a Loop, this will synch to Sisu as a Live Listing, as this reflects the listing going live on the MLS.
