# **To increment the *Buyers Signed *and* Listings Signed* dials in Sisu:**

 

In BoomTown, when you set the Status on a **Buyer** Transaction to ***Pre-Contract:***************

​This will increment your ***Buyers Signed*** dial by one:

 

Alternately, when you set the Status on a **Seller** Transaction to ***Active Listing:***

 

​This will increment your ***Listings Signed*** dial by one:
