Limitations:

• Tags added to a Lead in the CBX must match the Tags in your CRM exactly, otherwise a new Tag will be added in the CRM.

• You can close all Tasks in the CBX except for Appointments.

Note: these are both due to the limitations of the Follow Up Boss API.
