Limitations:

• Extension Users can only search for an email address using an exact match. You cannot search using a partial email address. The extension is also unable to do any searching or matching by Lead name.

• When logging a call in the extension, Outbound Call and Inbound Call are currently the only available Call Outcome options. This is mislabeled and should actually be considered the Call Type.

• Assignment appears blank when a new Contact is created through the CRM with default values.
