- **Uncategorized Expense** – Total amount of expenses in QuickBooks not yet assigned to a category.
- **Uncategorized Income** – Income transactions not yet categorized.

*Review and categorize these items to ensure all financial insights in BI are accurate and reflected in your performance dashboards*

 

- **Net Operating Income:** Profit after subtracting expenses from total income
- **Gross Commission Income (GCI)**: Total earned revenue
- **Gross Profit:** Total income minus cost of sales.
- **Total Expenses:** All categorized expenses  
  **Cost of Sales:** Direct costs associated with operations or deals.

- **Last Month YoY**(Year-over-Year): Compares key financial metrics between this month and the same month last year to show short-term performance changes.
- **YTD YoY **(Year-over-Year): Displays year-to-date totals versus the same period last year
- **Gross Profit Margin:** (Gross Profit ÷ Total Income) × 100 — shows your operational efficiency.
- **Net Profit Margin:** (Net Profit ÷ Total Income) × 100 — reveals overall business health.

- **Cash Position Over Time:** Displays cash movement month over month.
- **Cash Balance:** Reflects your current available funds from your QuickBooks balance sheet.
- **Current Months of Runway:** Estimate of how long your business can operate at the current spend rate.
