Required Information and Mapping

• By default, this is a one-way integration that runs every five minutes. The Integration checks for new Loops created or updated in Dotloop since the last time the integration ran.
  
  

Required Information:

• Lead Name and Email Address
• Lead assigned as Buyer or Seller
• Agent Associated with lead (marked as Listing agent or Buying agent *must match lead assignment)
• Property Address (Used for Deal Name)
• Transaction Type: Purchase or Listing for Sale

Other Mapped Information/Fields: (Dotloop > FUB Deal):

• Purchase/Sale Price > Price
• Closing Date > Close Date
• Sale Commission Total > Commission
• Loop URL > Dotloop URL Custom Field

Information that is not currently mapped, but can be sent:

• Sale Commission Rate % : comes through already calculated from the commission total
• Contract Agreement Date
• Listing Date
• Listing Expiration Date

Examples of Mapped Statuses (Dotloop > FUB deal stage):

Purchase:

• Under Contract > Pending
• Sold > Closed
• Withdrawn or Terminated > Cancelled

Listing for Sale:

• Pre-Listing > Coming Soon
• Private Listing > Did not hit market
