**Requirements

**

*The following are required on the Deals to be accurately pushed into the RealSynch Business Intelligence Dashboard:**  
**  
*

 

- **Stage:** The deal must be in a designated stage and align with the selected integration customization. The following stages need to be present but can be named differently: 
    - Appointment Set
    - Appointment Met
    - Signed
    - Listed
    - Pending
    - Closed
    - Lost

 

**Stages used by your company will be selected during the customization process for accurate mapping.**

- **Agent and Lead:** The deal must be associated with both a lead and an agent.

- **Price:** The deal must have a price entered for price information to be reflected on the BI Dashboard.

- **Commission:** The commission amount for the deal must be entered for the information to be reflected on the BI Dashboard.
