Fello Connect to Sierra Interactive Features

Features:

A lead created through the Widget is the only way for a lead to go through the integration via Contact Creation.
Agent assignment when the lead is created in Sierra Interactive is based on Lead Routing Rules in Sierra Interactive.
The following fields map over into Sierra Interactive from the lead information in Fello Connect:

*Note: The fields containing the * are Required fields*
If the email address is changed/ updated in Fello Connect, it may cause unexpected results in Sierra Interactive.
Note: One result could be a new lead being created in Sierra Interactive with the new email address.
Tags are added on the lead in Sierra Interactive based on a few instances:
- The Contact triggers a tag being added in Fello connect selecting the Contact Button for a Callback Request (Fello Callback Lead), and the option for Improving the Home Estimate (Fello CMA Lead):

Each time an action is performed that triggers the integration, it will also add a note to the lead that contains the information from the Widget:

Example:
If another address is added on the Widget under Manage Your Homes, the address in Sierra Interactive will be updated to the new address.
To change the address in Sierra Interactive back to the original address, the integration will need to be triggered by performing an action such as requesting a callback under the previous address.
