Features:
*Note: This integration will take 48 hours from the time the QR Code is scanned to send into Follow Up Boss. This is to give time for Audience to enrich the data provided to clients.*
- The lead information is sent to Follow Up Boss when the QR Code is scanned.
- When an update to the lead occurs, a new QR Code will need to be scanned to send the updated information to the lead in Follow Up Boss.
Field Mapping and Required Fields
- The following fields map over into Follow Up Boss from the lead information in Audience:

Agent Assignment
