❗❗ Things to watch for:
- If the Mapped Custom Fields (Birthday, Job Title, and Company Name) do not exist in the target but are filled in the source, it will prevent updates from fully executing to the target lead.
- A note will be added, but information will not be added or updated.
- Once the field is cleared on the source, all updated information will push to the target and the lead will then update as expected. (Make sure to have matching custom fields in both Source/Target to prevent issues or have none)
- When adding a Relationship to the source, the email address and phone number will be added to the target as though it belongs to the lead.
Bi-Directional Integrations
- The best option for a Bi-Directional integration is to have one integration that ONLY triggers with lead creation. The other integration can have all functioning options enabled.
- Having Note Created and Contact Updated enabled on both integrations will cause infinite looping. (Please don’t do this)
- If information is added to the account that only sends on lead creation, there is the possibility that the information will be removed upon update from the other account. The integration matches information from the account that triggers.
