# **Instructions:**

 

- Login to Follow Up Boss.
- Click *Deals* in the black menu bar:

- Click **Buyers**, scroll to the far right and click *Add a Stage*.
- Enter the name *Appointment Set* and click *Save Stage* button. Drag and drop this Stage so that it becomes the first stage in the **Buyers** pipeline:

- Repeat Step 3 and enter the name *Appointment Met* and click *Save Stage* button. Drag and drop the new Stage so that it becomes the second stage in the **Buyers** pipeline:

- Repeat the process in steps 3-5 for the **Sellers** pipeline in Follow Up Boss.
- Add a Deal Stage named *Listed* after the *Appointment Met*.
- Add a Deal Stage named *Signed* and set it between the *Appointment Met* and *Listed* Deal Stages:

 

**Click the pencil icon next to a Stage name to edit the name or color of the Stage, or to delete a Follow Up Boss Stage.*
