# **Integration Limitations:**

- A Sisu *Transaction* created via the Follow Up Boss appointment screen can only be created via integration, not updated.
- Custom Follow Up Boss *Pipelines* and *Stages* are not supported in the default integration. Please contact RealSynch Technical Support for customizations.
- The integration must either be a Tag based integration or a Deal based integration. Both options should **NOT** be used at the same time.
