Tagging:

• Any tag added to a lead in Follow Up Boss that is also enabled in your Integration's Target Options will trigger the integration to create or update a Transaction in Sisu:

  *Note: Deals and tags should not be used at the same time on an integration. Please choose Deal Stages or Tags for sending information to Sisu.*

• There is a feature on the integration called: "Store SISU Transaction on FUB". If enabled, this feature will allow for a link to populate on the Follow Up Boss lead under Custom Fields. This link can be used to take you to the corresponding transaction in Sisu.

   

•  There is also a feature on the integration called: "Create Deal in FUB on Tag Added". If enabled, this feature allows for a generic deal to be created and updated as the tags are added to the lead in Follow Up Boss as shown in this video.
