The RealSynch Business Intelligence Dashboard consolidates your data into easy-to-read widgets, giving you visibility into calls, deals, and conversions. Learn how each widget helps you monitor key performance indicators and improve your team’s efficiency.
Through the Real Synch Business Intelligence dashboard, you can perform various actions and access key features represented by different icons:
- View BI Tool to access Lead Conversion Timeline, Transaction Pipeline and Leaderboard
- View or Create Integrations to manage or configure data integrations between different platforms
- View Apps to access various applications available in Real Synch Business Intelligence.
- Manage RealSynch Users and Synced Team Members on Owner Panel button
At the top corner of your page, you can access the following:
- Create Integration (can also be done through Integrations and Apps icons)
- View Account Settings, Update Password
- Access link to Feedback for any suggestions, issues encountered or general feedback
- Page automatically refreshes every after 5 minutes, however, you can always refresh your Dashboard anytime as needed
