As of 03/14/2023, we’ve made these updates and additions to our system in order to better serve our clients:
Platform Wide Releases
- This release brings minor Internal modifications and updates which allow our integrations to perform more efficiently for our clients.
Integration Specific Releases
- A work-around was put into place to correct call logging issues in SISU for different timezones.
- A fix was pushed out the Follow Up Boss to SISU tag based integrations not incrementing lead source counts.
- Follow Up Boss integrations will no longer verify if the user does not have Webhook permissions.
- The integration will render an error message if verification fails (for all CRMs).
- Logic has been improved for phone type mapping on the Follow Up Boss and Google Contacts integration.
- Multiple bug fixes have been pushed out for the Fello integration regarding Lead IDs and tagging.
- Feature additions have been made to filter Fello leads based on specific field values (Lead type, source, origin, etc.).
- An update was made to add information to Keap targeted integrations to ensure leads are opted into the correct campaigns.
