This feature determines whether the dashboard includes previously existing records (before integration) or only new data added after integration started.

When your integration becomes active, all data already stored in Follow Up Boss (FUB) is treated as historical data.

New data refers to any leads, deals, or appointments created or updated after the integration begins.

  • The Historical Data toggle is located at the top center of your BI Dashboard.

Includes all ingested records from FUB regardless of creation date

All opportunities, no date restrictions

OFF (Exclude Historical Data)

Only includes data created or updated after the integration Start/Resume Date

New data only

 

*Data updates automatically convert historical records into active data.

Toggle ON to see everything; toggle OFF to focus on current performance.
