What is a Task?
- A Task is classified as any action that would cause data to be sent from the Source CRM to our integration and into the Target system.
What is the Task Limit for Each Plan?
- Free Plan = 100 Tasks per month
- Starter Plan = 500 Tasks per month
- Grow Plan = 1000 Tasks per month
- Platform Plan = Unlimited Tasks per month
What Happens When the Task Limit is Reached?
- When the monthly task limit is reached, the subscription will automatically upgrade to the next Monthly Plan. This includes Annual Plans.

- When an Annual Plan reaches it's task limit, the subscription will be moved to the next Monthly Plan and the amount that was originally paid will be credited to the account less the monthly rate. When no more credit remains, the client will be billed Monthly for the subscription.
Does the Subscription Go Back Down After the Billing Period?
- No, once the task limit of your current plan is reached your subscription will stay on the new monthly plan.
- This policy is in place due to many clients exceeding their original limit each month which would place them right back into the plan they were upgraded to.
- Most task amounts are a reflection of how a client uses that integration. We almost rarely see task counts go down as most teams are growing and pushing more data through our system over time.
