At-Risk Thresholds Settings

This setting defines the minimum and maximum number of days a lead or deal can stay in a specific pipeline stage before it gets flagged as 'At-Risk' on your BI dashboard

  • Set the minimum number of days a deal can remain in each Buyer and Seller pipeline stage before triggering an at-risk metric update.

  

  • Setting a maximum threshold is optional. If a deal exceeds this threshold, it is automatically removed from the view to keep your interface clean.

 

 Appointments that stay in a stage past your set time limit without progressing are automatically marked as At-Risk
