The account administrator must provide the following access details:

  • Site URL / Domain: The primary domain or site URL of your Sierra Interactive platform.
  • Admin Username: Administrative user account name with full access permissions.
  • Password: Valid password associated with the administrative account.

Ensure sync permissions are enabled across all core operational areas to allow standard data transfer:

  • Contacts: Synchronizes lead profiles, attributes, and contact updates.
  • Calls: Captures call logs, activity records, and durations (requires users to be using the Sierra native dialer).
