Features:

 

  • Lead Created will trigger contact creation from Sierra Interactive to Sierra Interactive, and will follow any existing distribution, action plan, campaign, and automation rules.

  • Agent assignment is based on the Lead Routing Rules set up in the target Sierra Interactive.

  • The following fields map over into Sierra Interactive from the lead information in the connected Sierra Interactive:

    Mapped Fields
    First Name *
    Last Name *
    Email Address *
    Phone Number
    Address
    Birthday
    Summary
    Source
    Tags

     

    *Note: The fields containing the * are Required fields*

  • Only the Primary Email Address and Phone Number will be sent into the target Sierra Interactive.

  • When manually creating leads, the lead will always start in the "New" status when created in the connected Sierra Interactive.

  • When manually creating leads, please avoid applying tags during the creation of the lead. Sierra Interactive sometimes has difficulty relaying the tags to the integration during lead creation.

  • Tags will only be Added through the integration, and not removed.

  • The Source and Summary fields will not integrate immediately, but will update when another change is made on the lead.



Agent Activities

  • Calls logged will add a note in the target Sierra Interactive which includes the following:

Inbound or Outbound direction
Call Status
Note
Call Duration if available


  • Emails will add a note in the target Sierra Interactive with the Inbound/Outbound direction.

  • Text messages will add a note in the target Sierra Interactive with the Inbound/Outbound direction.
