Sisu ISA Handling

 


 

 

ISA Handling:

 

Real Synch supports integrating Activity and Transactions logged by CRM Users whose Sisu User is assigned the ISA role in Sisu for three use cases:

 

  1. When the CRM User who logged the Activity or Transaction in the CRM is also an ISA role in Sisu, then the Transaction created in Sisu will contain the ISA User's name in the Transaction field Appt Set By (ISA):



  2. When the CRM User who logged the call does not also have an ISA role assigned in Sisu, then the Appt Set By (ISA) field is not filled on the Sisu Transaction.

  3. When the CRM User who logged the Activity or Transaction in the CRM is assigned as the primary Agent on the Contact or Transaction, and has an ISA role in Sisu, then the Appt Set By (ISA) field is filled on the Sisu Transaction and the Assigned Agent field is filled for the same User.
