Required Information and Mapping

 

  • By default, this is a one-way integration that runs every five minutes. The Integration checks for created or updated transactions or listings in Skyslope since the last time the integration ran.

Required Information:

 

  • Lead Name and Email Address- The email address is used for finding the lead in Follow Up Boss
  • Lead assigned as Buyer or Seller
  • Agent Associated with lead/transaction
  • Property Address (Used for Deal Name)
  • Transaction Type



Other Mapped Information/Fields: (Skyslope > FUB Deal):

 

  • Transaction Amount > Price
  • Forecasted Closing Date > Close Date
  • Gross Commission > Commission



Information that is not currently mapped, but can be sent:

 

  • Agent Commission
  • Created Date
  • Listing Date
  • Signed Date



Examples of Mapped Statuses (Skyslope > FUB deal stage):

 

Transaction:

  • Pre-Contract > Buyer Broker
  • Under Contract > Pending
  • Sold > Closed
  • Cancelled/Expired > Cancelled
