To increment the Buyers Signed and Listings Signed dials in Sisu:

In BoomTown, when you set the Status on a Buyer Transaction to Pre-Contract:

​This will increment your Buyers Signed dial by one:

Alternately, when you set the Status on a Seller Transaction to Active Listing:

​This will increment your Listings Signed dial by one:
