Agent Activity Metrics

 

 


 

When Follow Up Boss Users (**not auto**) log any of the following activities, the integration will increment the related counter in Sisu by one:

 

  • Dials - no answer, left voicemail, bad number, and calls lasting less than one minute in duration.

  • Connects - calls more than the duration selected under the Source Options on your integration. (Options range from one to five minutes)

  • Conversations - calls more than the duration selected under the Source Options on your integration. (Options range from one to ten minutes)

  • Email Sent - from within Follow Up Boss.

  • Text Sent - from within Follow Up Boss (one per day per unique lead). 
    *This will increment the Text Messages counter in SISU*

  • Text Conversation - based on the following interaction pattern: text sent, text received, text sent, text received (one per day per unique lead).
    *This will increment a custom Text Conversation counter in SISU*

  • Appointment Set - one per day per unique lead.

  • Tasks Completed - Showing, Open House, and Thank You.

     

**NOTE: Since the counter is attributed to a specific user; auto plans that send auto texts, emails are not counted.
