Which types of data are involved in the Follow Up Boss to Sisu integration?

How does the Integration count Follow Up Boss Dials, Connects, Conversations, and Text Conversations in Sisu?

 

  • Dials include any inbound or outbound dial logged in Follow Up Boss.

  • Connects are counted when an inbound or outbound call lasts more than one minute and less than five minutes in duration.

  • Conversations are counted when an inbound or outbound Follow Up Boss call lasts more than five minutes in duration.

  • Text Conversations are counted when a Follow Up Boss User (Agent, ISA, etc.) and Contact/Lead (Consumer) exchange two texts (each) during a given business day.

 

How are Texts and Emails counted in Sisu?

 

  • If the Email Created option is enabled in your Real Synch Integration's Source Options, when an email is sent from within Follow Up Boss, then the Email Sent Activity counter in Sisu is incremented on the user's behalf.

  • If the Text Created option is enabled in your Real Synch Integration's Source Options, when a text is sent from within Follow Up Boss, then the Text Sent Activity counter in Sisu is incremented on the user's behalf.

 

How are Dials and Conversations counted in Sisu?

 

  • The integration counts a Conversation in Sisu when an outbound Follow Up Boss call is more than five minutes in duration.

  • Always make sure you are looking at the exact same dates in Sisu and Follow Up Boss, as this is often overlooked.
