Instructions:

• Login to Follow Up Boss.
  
  

• Click Deals in the black menu bar:

• Click Buyers, scroll to the far right and click Add a Stage.
  
  

• Enter the name Appointment Set and click Save Stage button. Drag and drop this Stage so that it becomes the first stage in the Buyers pipeline:

• Repeat Step 3 and enter the name Appointment Met and click Save Stage button. Drag and drop the new Stage so that it becomes the second stage in the Buyers pipeline:

• Repeat the process in steps 3-5 for the Sellers pipeline in Follow Up Boss.
  
  

• Add a Deal Stage named Listed after the Appointment Met.
  
  

• Add a Deal Stage named Signed and set it between the Appointment Met and Listed Deal Stages:

*Click the pencil icon next to a Stage name to edit the name or color of the Stage, or to delete a Follow Up Boss Stage.
