*How to Update Real Synch Bi App Password
Update Password
Log in to your Real Synch BI App and follow these steps to update your password
- Once logged in, click on the profile picture in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down, select Account Settings.
- Look for the Additional Settings and click the pencil icon to update your password
- Click the Send Email and open your email inbox associated with your Realsynch BI account.
- Open your email inbox associated with your RealSynch BI account.
- Look for an email from Real Synch with the subject line “RealSynch password reset”
- Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password.
- The link will take you to the password reset page on Real Synch.
- Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
- Re-enter the new password in the “Confirm New Password” field to ensure they match.
You are all set! Your password has been updated!
