Requirements

The following are required on the Deals to be accurately pushed into the Realsynch Business Intelligence Dashboard:

• Stage: The deal must be in a designated stage and align with the selected integration customization. The following stages need to be present but can be named differently:
  • Appointment Set
  • Appointment Met
  • Signed
  • Listed
  • Pending
  • Closed
  • Lost

*Stages used by your company will be selected during the customization process for accurate mapping.

• Agent and Lead: The deal must be associated with both a lead and an agent.

• Price: The deal must have a price entered for price information to be reflected on the BI Dashboard.

• Commission: The commission amount for the deal must be entered for the information to be reflected on the BI Dashboard.
