Update Password

Log in to your RealSynch BI Dashboard and follow these steps to update your password:

• Click on the profile picture in the top right corner.
  
  
• From the drop-down, select  Account Settings.
  
  

• Look for the Additional Settings and click the pencil icon to update your password and click on the send email button.
  
  

• Click the Send Email and open your email inbox associated with your RealSynch BI account.

• Look for an email from Realsynch with the subject line “RealSynch password reset”.
  
  
• Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password.

• The link will take you to the password reset page on RealSynch.
  
  
• Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
  
  
• Re-enter the new password in the “Confirm New Password” field to ensure they match.
  
  
• Click Set Password:

You are all set! Your password has been updated!
