BEFORE RECORDING:

1. Check Your Environment

  • Use stable internet (WiFi preferred)
  • Avoid:
    • Weak signal areas
    • Switching between WiFi and data

Start recording only when your connection is stable

2. Check Your Device

  • Battery: 20%+ minimum
  • Close unused apps
  • Ensure latest app version installed

Why:

  • Outdated versions = upload failures
  • Background apps = recording interruptions

3. Confirm You’re Logged In Correctly

  • Use the correct account (agent login)
  • Ensure:
    • You’ve been invited
    • Your access is active

 


DURING RECORDING

4. Start Recording Properly

  • Tap “Start Recording”
  • Confirm:
    • Timer is running
    • Audio is being captured

5. Avoid Interruptions

Do NOT:

  • Switch apps frequently
  • Take calls during recording
  • Lock your phone for long periods

6. Keep Recordings Clean & Relevant

  • Focus on:
    • Client conversations
    • Appointments
  • Avoid: (if possible)
    • Dead air
    • Background noise

 


AFTER RECORDING

7. Upload Immediately

  • Tap Upload right after recording
  • Wait until upload completes

Rule:

No upload = no scorecard

8. Wait for Confirmation

  • Ensure:
    • Upload finishes successfully
  • Do NOT:
    • Close app too early
    • Assume it uploaded

9. Retry if Needed

If upload fails:

  • Reconnect to WiFi.
  • Check Recording History
  • Retry upload
  • Do NOT delete immediately
