- Do recordings save automatically?
No, you must manually upload your recordings once the session is complete. If it is not uploaded, it does not exist on the server.
- Where do I see my recordings?
You can view your history inside the app by tapping the "Recordings" button after the upload is finished.
- When will I receive my AI Insights?
AI Insights are generated after both upload and backend processing are complete. You will receive an automated email once your AI Insights are available, and you can access them inside your BI Dashboard under MY ACTIVITY.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Issue: I didn’t get my AI Insights.
This usually occurs if the recording never uploaded. Check your upload status and re-upload the file if possible.
- Issue: My recording is missing or cut off.
This can happen if the app was closed before the upload finished or if phone resources were limited. To prevent this, close background apps and keep the RealSynch app open until the recording is fully uploaded.
- Issue: Upload failed.
The primary causes are a weak internet connection or an outdated app version. Switch to a strong WiFi signal and ensure your app is up to date before retrying.
- Issue: Pending Upload Issues
If an upload gets stuck, long-press the pending upload button and select Reupload to restart the process.
- Issue: Need to send a Diagnostic Report?
To send a report on your recent recordings, open the "Recent" section, click the dropdown under the word "Recent," and select "Send Diagnostic Report."

Using older versions of the app can lead to hidden bugs and failed uploads. Regular updates ensure you have the latest fixes and features.
- How do I report technical bugs?
If you experience persistent issues, use the "Send Diagnostic Report" feature in the app settings. This provides the development team with the necessary data to troubleshoot your specific device.
