*Note: This integration will send all leads/contacts created on the day of setup (Midnight to Midnight) to the Target CRM automatically. Example: Lead "John Smith" was created in Google Contacts at 6am and the integration was created at 8am. John Smith will automatically be sent to the target CRM.*

Features:

• The only way to create a lead in Real Geeks from Google Contacts is by lead creation.
  
  
• The Contact Created option must be enabled to send leads through the integration.
  
  
• An Email address is REQUIRED for the lead to pass through the integration.
  
  
• Please note: There is a delay when going from Google Contacts to Real Geeks. This delay can take up to 10 minutes to process.

Field Mapping and Required Fields

• The following fields map over into Real Geeks from the lead information in Google Contacts:

• An email address is required to send the lead into Real Geeks. Without an email address, the lead will not be created in Real Geeks.
  
  
• Adding a lead in Google Contacts with the same email address as a lead in Real Geeks will replace the lead in Real Geeks with the new Google Contacts lead.
  
  
• Under the Source Options, there is an option to choose the type of lead when created: Buyer, Seller, or Both:
  
  
• The integration will send a phone number through the integration ONLY if the phone number is labeled as Mobile or Home.
  
  
• The Mobile phone number is considered the Primary phone number and will populate the "Phone" field, and the Home number will populate the "Alt Phn" field in Real Geeks.

• An Email address is REQUIRED for the lead to pass through the integration.

Agent Assignment

• The Buyer and Seller agents in Real Geeks are assigned based on the agent creating the lead in Google Contacts.
  
  

Labels/Tags

• When adding a label to the lead in Google Contacts, an update to the lead is required for the label to go through the integration.
  
  
• Under the Target options on the integration, there is an option to add a "Conversation Tag". This option will allow you to automatically add a tag to the lead during creation in Real Geeks.
