As of 07/07/2023, we’ve made these updates and additions to our system in order to better serve our clients:
Platform Wide Releases
- This release brings minor Internal modifications and updates which allow our integrations to perform more efficiently for our clients.
Integration Specific Releases
- A new option has been added to the SISU target "Custom Mappings". This option allows the user to disable the incrementation of SISU lead source counters (team + agent) when the source trigger is a new deal/transaction.
- The BoomTown to Fello integration now correctly maps the BoomTown Seller agent to the Fello Agent.
- The Fello to BoomTown integration was previously removing/overwriting Agent values for leads that already existed in BoomTown.
A fix has been pushed out to prevent the integration from making any attempt to assign agents when the event is Lead Updated. - Fello to BoomTown now implements any lead sharking/ routing rules when a new form is submitted in Fello for an existing lead in BoomTown.
- A fix was issued for an error in which the BoomTown lead category was changed back to new on existing leads.
