Use the timeframe dropdown to compare Closed Sales performance across multiple periods while keeping a live view of your active (Pending) pipeline for real-time forecasting.

Seller At-Risk Section:
Flags deals or listings that have remained in the same stage too long (e.g., 30+ days in Active Listing or 14+ days post-Agreement).

- Team Member Filter
- show Active, Inactive, or a specific agent by name to isolate performance data

- At-Risk Section click the number on each metric to view those deals, then select the lead’s name to jump straight to their Follow Up Boss profile for follow-up.

Make it a team habit to review the At-Risk section weekly. This helps identify deals that have been sitting too long in any stage
