# **Before Setting Up Your Integration:**

- Disable any CRM already sending Leads into Structurely.
- This integration *must* be bilateral (Structurely to Real Geeks and [Real Geeks to Structurely](https://support.realsynch.com/structurely-integration/real-geeks-to-structurely-setup)).
- Make sure all agents and brokerages that will be receiving leads have "Text Messaging" numbers assigned in Structurely under the "Lead Types" menu; if this is not setup for an agent, there will be no way to send Leads from Real Geeks to Structurely.

 

 

 

# **Setup Instructions**:

 

*Note: This integration will scan Structurely every five minutes for new messages in ongoing conversation updates between your Structurely ChatBot and Leads. All conversations logged with a Lead within that timeframe will be contained in a single note for each Lead in Real Geeks. *

 

- Login to RealSynch and click *+ Add Integration*:

- Select Structurely as your *Source* and Real Geeks as your *Target*:
  
  
  
   

- Click *Instructions* on Structurely and follow along:

- Paste the Realsynch API Key into Structurely:

 

 

- Click *Close*:
  
   
  
  
  
   

- Next, click* Instructions* on Real Geeks and follow along:

- Go to this site: [https://leadrouter.realgeeks.com/dev/real-synch/grant/](https://leadrouter.realgeeks.com/dev/real-synch/grant/)  
  and login to Real Geeks
  
   
  
  
  
   
  
   
- VERY IMPORTANT: The hexadecimal number below the slider is your *UUID*. Copy it, click *Save*, and then paste it into the Setup under UUID to complete your setup.
  
   
  
  
  
   

- Click *Verify* and *Close*:
  
   
  
  
  
   
- Click *Next *and *Activate*:

Your integration is now active! You can access and update your Integration's *Source *and *Target Options* by clicking the wrench icon next to the *Source* and *Target* on the RealSynch dashboard.
