Structurely to Sierra Setup

Purpose

 

This integration has 1 main purpose: to integrate conversation transcripts from Strucutrely chat Bot to the related lead in the CRM as Notes

 

Before Setting Up Your Integration:

 

  • Disable any CRM already sending Leads into Structurely.

  • This integration should be bi-directional - 1 integration to send Sierra Leads to Structurely and 1 integration to send Structurely Conversation transcripts to Sierra as Notes.

     

  • Make sure all agents and brokerages that will be receiving leads have "Text Messaging" numbers assigned in Structurely under the "Lead Types" menu; if this is not setup for an agent, there will be no way to send Leads from Sierra to Structurely.

 

 

Setup Instructions:

 

  • Login to Real Synch and click + Add Integration:

  • Select Structurely as your Source and Sierra as your Target CRM:

 

 

  • Click Instructions on Structurely as your Source and follow along:

  • Click Connect Button for Structurely.

  • Click Generate API key

  • Copy API key

  • On the integration Connect screen for Structurely click Close:

  • Paste the Real Synch API Key in Structurely:

 

  • Next, click Instructions on your Sierra Target CRM and follow along:

 

  • To complete the connection process - click Verify then click Close:

     

     

  • By Default this integration will scan Structurely every five minutes for new messages in ongoing conversation updates between your Structurely ChatBot and Leads.

    All conversations logged with a Lead within that timeframe will be added to the related Sierra Lead as a single note. To change the default frequency:

    Click Source Options and then Schedules, Then choose your polling frequency of 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

     

  • Click Next at bottom right and then click Activate:
