Brivity to Sisu Requirements

Requirements:


  • Brivity Users must use an Admin-level Brivity and Sisu account to connect the Integration.

  • The Integration will only integrate activity for a Brivity user login email address that matches a Sisu user login email address exactly.

  • Target Options: Buyer Tags and Seller Tags. By default, these include Tags that match Sisu statuses. You will need to create these tags in Brivity so the Integration will recognize them.

  • You can switch out the Buyer and Seller Tags the Integration uses in favor of Tags you are already using in Brivity. Be sure the Tags you enter in the Integration are spelled exactly the same as they are Brivity.
