Instructions:

• Login to your Real Geeks account as the administrator and click Settings:

• Once you are on the Settings page, click Customize:

• Select Statuses on the left side of the vertical menu:

• Click New:

• Add the following values (click Add to save each value): Appointment Set, Appointment Met, Rep Agreement Signed, Under Contract, and Closed/Inactive:

• After you have created these statuses, the Custom Statuses table will include these entries:
