# **Requirements**:

- User ***must* **use Sierra Interactive Admin API Key to connect the Integration.
- Sierra user login email address must match the Sisu user login email address ** *exactly***. Once these email addresses match exactly, you will need to update the *Agents List* on your Integration (you will also need to follow these steps any time a new user is added):
  
   
  
    - Click the ellipsis on the right side of your Integration.

    - Select *Update Agents List* from the dropdown menu.

    - Click *OK*.

- The tags specified in the integration's *Target Options* must also be created in Sierra to be recognized by the Integration.

## Required - Ma**nage Users:**

 

Due to a limitation of the Sierra API, each User must have a Sierra *Agent Profile*, as well as a Lead assigned to them in Sierra, before they can be activated.
