Requirements:

• User must use Sierra Interactive Admin API Key to connect the Integration.
  
  

• Sierra user login email address must match the Sisu user login email address exactly. Once these email addresses match exactly, you will need to update the Agents List on your Integration (you will also need to follow these steps any time a new user is added):

   

  • Click the ellipsis on the right side of your Integration.

     

  • Select Update Agents List from the dropdown menu.

     

  • Click OK.

     

  

   

• The tags specified in the integration's Target Options must also be created in Sierra to be recognized by the Integration.

Required - Manage Users:

Due to a limitation of the Sierra API, each User must have a Sierra Agent Profile, as well as a Lead assigned to them in Sierra, before they can be activated.
